Payment - Payment is due upon finalization of design. This secures your spot on my calendar. I will not consider your order as “placed” until I receive payment. Availability may change if the invoice is not paid upon receiving it. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer covers the initial work, including email drafting, design conceptualization, and other preparatory tasks that are undertaken upon booking.

Refund Policy:

This policy ensures that we can allocate resources and begin the necessary preparations well in advance.

• One Month Before: Up to two weeks before the event, 50% of the retainer is non-refundable.

• Within One Month: No refunds are available within One month of the event date.

• If the order is cancelled more than three weeks prior to the pickup date, a credit will be given for a future order. This credit must be used within 6 months of the cancellation date. Please note – the new date will depend on availability.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs while honoring our commitment to quality and timely service.

Changes Cutoff - Decisions are tough! Changes can be made up until 2 weeks prior to pick up. Please note, additional charges may apply to the new theme/design.

Delivery - Cookies are to be picked up from our shop (https://maps.app.goo.gl/DnzQa4NqDP2Fu8UY6). Delivery price is based on location and availability

Inspiration - Thank you for the inspiration pictures. They are just that – inspiration! Your cookies will not be a perfect replica, but I will try my best to be similar! Colors translate different from device to device. If there is an absolute color that needs to be matched, please provide me with a hard copy of an item to reference.

Covid - I know you can’t control when you come in contact with a person who has Covid. If you need to reschedule your event, I can freeze your cookies for two weeks so you can stay home and rest. Otherwise, your cookies will be available for a non-contact porch pick up with instructions to freeze at home.

In a hurry? While I can’t always accommodate last minute orders, I will make my best effort. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 7 days will require a rush fee.

Price adjustments- All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs, which means I am unable to honor old pricing, Cookie quotes will be good for 30 days. After that, they are subject to new pricing.

Product Photography- Cookies are photographed and added to my portfolio. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me! Colors and lighting may be slightly different in photos than what you end up with.

They’re all yours now- Once cookies are picked up, I am not responsible for them. Please inspect them prior to leaving. They will also have a cookie care card attached for proper storage until your event. I want you to love your cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return the cookies within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit will be given for a future order.

Allergies- I am unable to accommodate any food sensitivities or allergies. I do have recipes for gluten friendly as well as vegan options.

Weather- If pick up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pick up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather. But your order will be kept as fresh as possible.

Bulk Order- Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to offer any discounts on large orders.

Emergencies - While I hope it never happens, sometimes emergencies come up and I am unable to complete an order. If this happens, I will let you know as soon as possible, and a full refund will be given.
