Payment Policy:
What is your payment policy?
Until payment has been made your date is not confirmed Payments can be made by cash or credit card. A 50% non refundable retainer is required to hold your date. Any orders placed with less than 30 days notice require payment in full by cash or credit card at the time of order and are non-refundable.
Do you take last minute orders?
We definitely attempt to accommodate last minute requests if our schedule allows. However, we recommend booking your cookies as early as possible as our dates fill up fast. If your date is booked and you still want cookies we may be able to fit you in a different week and you can freeze the cookies until your event. So please do not hesitate to inquire.
Do you ship?
We do! We do not however ship over the summer months. With the Arizona heat we cannot guarantee that the cookies would arrive without damage.
Do you give discounts for large orders?
At this time, no. We are a 1-person bake shop. Homemade cookies are not subject to economies of scale. We are happy to work with all budgets and would be happy to find a way to accommodate.
Where are you located?
Scottsdale Cookie Co. is located at 2334 N. Scottsdale Rd. #122, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. We are currently by appointment only. We hold permits through the Arizona Department of Health Services as well as Maricopa County. Scottsdale Cookie Co. also maintains a current food Managers card issued by Maricopa County and is insured. Documentation provided to event venues upon request. Delivery Upon request for a fee.

How do you address food allergies?
All sweet treats are made in a kitchen that uses products that may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy or other potential food allergens. Please notify us of any allergens and we will try to accommodate . It is the customer’s responsibility to notify event guests and any other necessary parties of this risk.
